Event Packages

All packages include: Professional Bartender Service, Pre-Event Consultation, Personalized Cocktail Menu Planning, Personalized Printed Menu for Display, Shopping List Assistance, Basic Garnish & Fruit Preparation (Client-Provided Ingredients), Bar Setup & Organization, Assistance Stocking Coolers & Bar Supplies, Bar Breakdown & Cleanup of Service Area, 30 Minutes of Complimentary Setup Time Prior to Guest Arrival. Final pricing may vary based on guest count, travel distance, event size, and bar

Optional Add-Ons

Enhance your event with optional upgrades designed to elevate your bar experience and make hosting even easier. These add-ons allow you to customize your package based on your guest count, venue, and overall vision for the event.

Additional Bartender

$120

Recommended for larger events. We generally suggest one bartender per 75 guests to ensure efficient service and minimal wait times.

Mobile Bar Setup

$125

Perfect for venues or private events without an existing bar area. We can provide a mobile bar setup so your event has a dedicated and professional serving space.

Extended Hour

$100

Keep the party going by adding an additional hour of bartending to any service package. For added flexibility, extended hours can also be requested the day of your event based on how the celebration is going. Any additional time approved during the event will be added to your final invoice.

Ice Luge

$115

We will bring the ice luge directly to your event. This is a great addition for guests and helps create a unique, high-energy experience at any celebration.

Ice Service

$10 per 30lb Bag

We'll purchase, transport, and deliver ice directly to your event. Quantity recommendations provided based on guest count and beverage selections.

Premium Disposable Cups

~$1.50 per guest

Upgraded disposable drinkware available in clear, frosted, colored, or personalized styles. Pricing varies based on guest count, cup style, and customization level.

Garnish Concierge Service

starting at $125

We source, prepare, and transport garnishes including citrus, herbs, cocktail cherries, dehydrated fruit, edible flowers, and specialty items.

Bar Essentials Package

starting at $150

We source, purchase, transport, organize, and prepare the non-alcoholic bar essentials needed for your event. Included in the package:
• Shopping, sourcing, and transportation
• Purchase & preparation of basic garnishes, including lemons, limes, oranges, and cherries
• Additional supplies is billed separately at cost based on the final drink menu and guest count, including: Mixers, Sodas, Juices, Specialty syrups, Specialty garnishes

Custom Cocktail Napkins

starting at $45

Personalized napkins featuring names, monograms, logos, or custom event designs. Pricing varies based on guest count, style, and customization level.

Custom Cocktail Stirrers

starting at $30

Customized stirrers designed to match your event theme and aesthetic. Can feature names, initials, logos, or event themes. Pricing varies based on guest count and customization level.

Specialty Cocktail Picks

starting at $25

Decorative cocktail picks selected to complement your event style and presentation. Pricing varies based on guest count.

ALL Alcohol is purchased separately by the client. Travel is included for events within a 50-mile radius of Hope, RI. For events outside this radius, a travel fee of $1 per additional mile will be charged.
