Meet Gabby & Lexi — the faces behind The Social Sip
We’re two 28-year-olds who met while working at Laura’s Bar & Grill in Smithfield, RI. Starting out as servers, we worked our way behind the bar at one of Rhode Island’s best restaurants, known for its incredible cocktail menu and just about every drink you can think of.
Over the last 4 years we’ve been bartending we quickly realized how much we loved bringing the party beyond the restaurant through private events. That’s how The Social Sip was born.
We’re here to bring great cocktails, great vibes, and bartenders who know how to keep the party going to your next event!

Lexi is Co-Owner and Operations Manager of The Social Sip, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. She handles the client communication and helps with all the little details that bring each celebration together. She has spent 12 years in the restaurant industry and the last 4 behind the bar.
When she’s not bartending, Lexi
Lexi is Co-Owner and Operations Manager of The Social Sip, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. She handles the client communication and helps with all the little details that bring each celebration together. She has spent 12 years in the restaurant industry and the last 4 behind the bar.
When she’s not bartending, Lexi works as a project manager in the defense industry. Outside of work, she’s currently planning a celebration of her own, her wedding next year!

Gabby is the Co-Owner of The Social Sip and has spent the last 10 years in the restaurant industry, with 4 years behind the bar perfecting her craft and creating memorable experiences for guests. She loves the energy of bartending, meeting new people, and being part of life’s best celebrations.

When she’s not mixing up cocktails, Gabby is a personal trainer, a busy mom, and happiest soaking up some sunshine at the beach.

Lucas brings over 6 years of bartending and mixology experience to The Social Sip team, with a background spanning private events and high-end hospitality. He currently bartends at Alpine Country Club and has worked everything from weddings, private parties, corporate events, golf tournaments, and special celebrations.
